REFUND POLICY

The photos and videos available, the description of the condition of the objects as well as the exhibition of the pieces in the shop allowing buyers to realize the condition or the authenticity of the objects, no complaints will be accepted, request for refund or exchange once the sale is closed.

Items are sold in the condition they are found at the time of sale. This e-catalog has been compiled with care by our experts so that the information given is correct, however descriptions are only the expression of an opinion and do not constitute a guarantee.

The e-catalog mentions certain damages without establishing an exhaustive list. A statement on the condition is indicated with the description of each object, more details on request. The photographs, dimensions and weights are provided purely for information.

Geminfinity by Vallotton Treasures Sàrl reserves the right to publish, for advertising purposes, photographs of the objects sold in its own publications and or through other media.

Geminfinity by Vallotton Treasures Sàrl is the exclusive holder of the reproduction right of the photos that appear in the e-shop.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated during payment according to the weight and size of the package and the destination.

Buyers outside of Switzerland must inform themselves before the sale and comply with the import and export rules between Switzerland and the country of destination. Geminfinity by Vallotton Treasures Sàrl is unable to provide assistance in cross-border transport.

For buyers domiciled outside Switzerland, the VAT collected can be refunded on presentation of proof of foreign main residence (eg: driver's license or identity card on which the same address can be read as on the invoice). An administrative fee of CHF50.- is applied for this service.

LEGAL NOTICE

Unless prior agreement, no lot will be shipped or delivered before full payment of the sale price. The objects can be collected by buyers after having made an appointment.

Geminfinity by Vallotton Treasures Sàrl is free to accept or refuse payment by credit card.

Geminfinity by Vallotton Treasures Sàrl accepts payments by Twint, Maestro cards, Ec direct, Postcard, Visa, MasterCard, American Express GooglePay and ApplePay at no additional cost.

Payment facilities can be organized by making a bank transfer, cash payments greater than or equal to CHF10'000 are not accepted. Cheques are not accepted

Any dispute relating to the sale is subject to the exclusive application of Swiss law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud, regardless of the domicile of the parties.
